The CG Lab is a development and exercise tool for researchers, teachers and students interested in Constraint Grammar methodology in general, and the Vislcg3 compiler in particular. The interface allows you to draw on VISL's analysis tools at different levels (morphological analysis, tagging, parsing), and to run your own CG rules on the output. The interface is not, however, intended for professional grammars or large texts. You are welcome to download Vislcg3 as a stand-alone programme for these purposes.
All CG-analysed text (or error messages) will be shown in a new browser window or tab, allowing the grammar writer to click back and forth between to-be-edited grammar input and annotated text output.
Important:
CG Lab was designed by Eckhard Bick and Tino Didriksen.
